We have customers in and around Western Sydney, Sydney, Northern Beaches and also regional areas in country New South Wales such as Mudgee, Coonabarabran and Tamworth.
Conveyancing Smart is family owned business operated out of Springwood in the Blue Mountains. We offer fixed or flat rate conveyancing and are conveyancing specialists. We are open Monday to Friday, also Saturdays by appointment and are also able to visit you in the Blue Mountains area if you are unable to come to us.

Conveyancing Smart is owned and operated by Alicia Windeisen. Alicia is a conveyancing specialist and has had several years in the industry. Alicia holds a Diploma in Business Administration with legal electives and has previously worked in a highly respected law firm in Sydney. Alicia has also worked in several conveyancing practices where she gained significant experience in conveyancing and completed her Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing in 2010. A Justice of the Peace, Alicia also understands the importance of customer service and always puts herself in her clients “shoes” and goes to great lengths to ensure her clients experience a smooth process when they are buying or selling their home.
